Ted Wadsworth

President MARCH East, LLC

Ted Wadsworth is the co-founder of March East.   He is a retired lieutenant colonel from the US Army. In his military career he served both as an armor officer and in public affairs heading up communications for a directorate at the Pentagon and serving on the communications team for the Secretary of Defense.  Ted also ran all marketing and advertising for U.S. Army officer recruiting.  After the Army he became the director of veteran programs for Monster Worldwide, where he led government contracting programs. Today Ted leads March East to provide dynamic solutions to clients. Ted serves as the President of MARCH East and CO-CEO.

Tom Aiello

Executive Vice President, RPO MARCH East, LLC & President of MARCH Marketing, LLC

Tom Aiello is a foremost expert in marketing and communications to the military and veteran community. A veteran himself, he started the company MARCH Marketing, LLC to help organizations work with the military and veteran community. His expertise in military, marketing, employment and veteran challenges enables a unique perspective on veteran issues.  Tom was disabled from a spinal cord injury he received while serving as an Army captain. After graduating from West Point, he served in the 1st Cavalry Division with deployments to Kuwait, Panama, and Korea. Tom’s civilian career includes Kellogg Business School, Leo Burnett advertising, Monster.com/ Military.com, Sears Holdings, founder of MARCH Marketing, and co-founder of MARCH East.  He helps businesses see the potential of the military market, and reach it through effective marketing and communications.  But he also advocates heavily for the military community.  Tom has helped employers hire over 50,000 vets and raised $118 million for community programs, helping more than 110,000 military and veteran families. Tom serves as the EVP of RPO for MARCH East and Co-CEO.

Anthony Marlowe

Executive Vice President, BPO MARCH East, LLC & CEO of MCI, LC  

Anthony Marlowe started his career with humble beginnings. At 22, after working the phones and supervising teams himself, Marlowe directly led a sales organization of over 200 employees and became the youngest member of management to be inducted into the MCI Telecommunications Hall of Fame. In 2003, Marlowe co-founded the IT Services and BPO company, TMone, and served as its CEO. Inc. Magazine recognized Marlowe in 2007 as one of the 25 youngest CEOs in America. Then, in 2013 Marlowe sold the company to Black Entertainment television founder Robert L. Johnson RLJ Equity Partners/The Carlyle Group portfolio company. At the time TMone had ranked on Inc's list of America's Fastest-Growing Companies for eight consecutive years. In 2015 Marlowe established his own “MCI”, (Marlowe Companies Inc.) in 2015 as a holding company to purchase TMone back and renamed it Mass Markets. This time with a vision to make MCI a nine-figure, multi-faceted, highly diverse omni-channel technology and services powerhouse. Marlowe is the CEO of MCI, Gravis Apps, Mass Markets, OnBrand24, MCI Federal, The Sydney Call Centre, Inc., and Valor Intelligent Processing. MCI has multiple minority investments in firms with diversity and social responsibility missions. Marlowe serves as the EVP of BPO for MARCH East and Co-CEO.
